General Appointment Questions, deposits, and fees.
Every effort will be made to accommodate schedule request and changes that are made with at least 24 hour advance notice.
Deposits are non-refundable due to your spot being held on the schedule.
We typically will contact you the evening prior to your scheduled massage to coordinate a time. Scheduling is based on the fluctuation in schedules and locations for the client and providers (you and I).
Balances for all services are to be paid in full during the first visit.
Please make parking arrangements with your provider and your location in advance. Parking fees are the responsibility of the client.

What to expect for IV Therapy...
30 minutes before your scheduled time drink a bottle or two of water. This helps makes the IV insertions process easier.
Depending on your individual circumstance, an alternative treatment will be offered or a second attempt by the same provider or another one will be offered either the same day (depending on scheduling) or rescheduled for another day.
What to expect for Post-Op Massage...
30-60 minutes before your scheduled time drink a bottle of water and take your prescription pain medication. 20 minutes before take off your garment and use the bathroom.
Our concierge services adhere to strict scheduling and service times. Further care other than that of your post op massages are not included into the post-op massages or services. Should you have a special request for additional assistance, please consult with your provider prior to scheduling. The provider will quote you based on your special needs.
